I really liked the clean bathrooms and the cool lounge on the 10th floor. The separate gender areas. But, it was a bummer being out of my capsule for 4 hours daily for cleaning.

Comfy location near a bus stop, easy to get around. For shots visit Yanya Shakuji, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Good choice of food in the property, gourmet restaurant.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The location was convenient, right next to the train station. I loved the lounge area with the amazing view!

The cleaning schedule required us to be out of our capsules for several hours each day.

The pillows were like rocks-so thoughtful of them to provide those. I almost considered a good review but I expected at least some special treatment, especially for navigating all these inconveniences. A total letdown.

easy access to nagoya's top attractions and cozy cafes

Staying here was perfect for me since I could easily walk to notable places like Nagoya Castle, just almost 2 km away, and Meijo Park, a beautiful space not too far off. The nearby cafes had a great range of coffees, made my mornings special.
